Birthday Booking Policies
Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to book.
*UNLESS being rescheduled due to extenuating circumstances*
Your date cannot be guaranteed until the deposit has been secured (at least 15 days prior to the party).
If a party must be rescheduled due to extenuating circumstances, part of the the original deposit will be retained as a rescheduling fee.
If ample notice is given, (in the case of a booking error, etc.) there will be no cost to switch to a different date.
With at least 15 days notice - 25% will be retained.
Within 15 days of the party, 50% will be retained.
Within 3 days of the party, 75% will be retained.
Rescheduling cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
